Finding your design direction through variations
When you’re unsure how a screen should look, your agent can create several versions in Vizu for you to compare and choose from.
Start with your screen or idea
Point your agent to the screen you want to explore. For a new screen, explain what it is for and who will use it. Add any requirements you haven’t already shared.
You can leave the visual choices open. Your agent can propose different layouts for you to compare.
Ask for a few versions
For an existing screen, try: “I’m not sure how this dashboard should look. Use Vizu to explore a few different designs for it.”
For a new screen: “I’m building a booking screen for a yoga studio. People need to choose a class and reserve a place. Show me a few different designs in Vizu.”
Your agent creates the options together on a comparison page, where you can look through the designs before deciding which one to continue with.
Compare the designs in Vizu
Compare how each version presents the content and supports the main task. For the booking screen, look at how easy it is to find a class, see whether there are places available, and understand what happens when you book.
Your reaction can be a useful starting point even if you cannot explain it in design terms. Tell your agent what feels clearer, easier to use, or closer to what you had in mind.
Continue with the version you like
Name the option you prefer in the same chat: “I like option B. Let’s go with that.” Your agent continues from the design you chose.
You can refine it as you go: “Make the class times easier to scan.” If a detail from another option appeals to you, say so: “Use B, but bring in the class cards from A.”
If none of the options feels right yet, explain what is missing and ask for another round. You can also ask to keep alternatives for reference.
When you are happy with the design, ask your agent to implement the selected version in your project.
