Service terms

The terms for using Vizu and managing your account and subscription.

Service and operator

Vizu is an agent-assisted design workspace operated by Phillip InfoSec, CVR 41892463, Sandbygårdvej 33, 1. tv, 2700 Brønshøj, Denmark. Contact [email protected] for service, billing or privacy help. Vizu stores designs, components, theme tokens, assets and feedback and offers requested image generation. Some previews require the desktop app to be running. Connected agents are separate services and may need their own account or subscription.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. A person acting for a business must have its authority. Keep credentials secure and tell us if they may be compromised. You choose which members and agents can access your workspace; access removal cannot recall copies already obtained.

Content and use

You keep the rights you hold in submitted content and permit us to host, process, render and deliver it to provide the requested service. This permission does not authorize us to sell your designs or train our own AI models with them.

Only submit content you are entitled to use and process. Do not upload unlawful material, access another person's workspace without authority, interfere with the service or use it to deceive or harm others. Business customers must complete the applicable data processing agreement before submitting personal data. The service is not intended for special-category or criminal-offence data without separately agreed safeguards.

Review AI results before use. They can be inaccurate, unsuitable or similar to other works. We cannot guarantee uniqueness or clearance of third-party rights. Applicable rights and remedies remain available.

Plans and purchases

Plan features, allowances, price, currency, taxes and billing interval are shown before purchase. A subscription belongs to the individual subscriber and does not upgrade collaborators. Monthly allowances reset on the stated calendar schedule without rolling over. Features marked as planned or coming soon are not currently supplied.

Paid checkout is provided through Stripe. The seller, transaction terms, recurring total and payment obligation must be shown at checkout before payment; keep those terms and the purchase confirmation. Checkout's final currency and amount apply to your purchase. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment or activate a plan.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Use Billing & plan to open the payment portal for cancellation and payment details, or contact support for help. Cancellation takes effect as stated for that subscription, subject to your mandatory rights, including any right to earlier termination and return of unused prepaid fees. You can cancel a subscription without erasing your account. Account erasure also requests billing cleanup; deleting the linked Stripe customer cancels its active subscriptions when that cleanup completes. Account access is revoked immediately, while cleanup can remain pending. Keep your deletion receipt and contact support to reconcile pending billing cleanup. If a payment outcome is uncertain, check the existing transaction and contact support before purchasing again.

For an ongoing annual subscription bought as a Danish consumer, Billing & plan also offers an online annual-termination request. We verify the invoice's Danish billing address and record your consumer declaration, then calculate the applicable ordinary notice date: five months from initial subscription formation with one month's notice to the end of a calendar month, capped at an earlier paid-period end. We acknowledge the request immediately, keep paid access until that date, and then cancel and refund unused prepaid subscription time. Other mandatory rights and applicable exceptions remain available through the seller's transaction support.

Consumers

For online consumer purchases, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from the contract being concluded. Longer periods and other remedies may apply where required information was missing or under applicable law. Use Billing & plan → Cancel and refund to submit your statement online, confirm the subscription and provide the name and email address for your acknowledgement. We record the submission time and send an email acknowledgement. You can also use an unambiguous statement through the seller's stated contact route; you do not have to use our form.

If you expressly request immediate paid service during the withdrawal period and receive the required contract information, withdrawal refunds may deduct a proportionate charge for service already supplied. Vizu calculates this charge from the agreed subscription price and elapsed service time. Image counts and Vizu's supplier costs are not separate deductions, and generating images does not automatically waive your withdrawal rights. We do not promise an unconditional full refund after using the service. If the required request or information is absent, we do not invent consent or impose that service charge retroactively. Refunds return through the original payment method; payment-provider processing times apply.

Purchases sold through Link are also governed by the seller's transaction terms and refund policy. Where Link's policy provides greater protection, that policy applies. Nothing here reduces mandatory rights for faulty services, missing information, earlier termination or refunds of unused prepaid fees.

Consumers keep all mandatory rights, including applicable withdrawal rights for online purchases and remedies when a digital service is not supplied as agreed. Contact the seller identified in your purchase confirmation or Vizu support for withdrawal, refunds or complaints. An unambiguous withdrawal statement does not need special wording. Do not assume that using Vizu waives your withdrawal rights.

Optional withdrawal statement: “I withdraw from my Vizu subscription ordered on [date]. My name is [name] and my account or purchase reference is [reference]. My address is [address]. Submitted on [date].” Send it to the seller's stated withdrawal contact or [email protected]. Signature is required only for a paper statement.

If a complaint cannot be resolved, consumers can contact the competent consumer complaints body. For purchases from a Danish trader, see Nævnenes Hus for eligibility and procedure. European Consumer Centre Denmark assists with qualifying cross-border disputes. Applicable seller-specific options also appear in the transaction terms.

Privacy and ending service

Our privacy notice and device storage notice explain data handling. Creating an account records the service terms version and acceptance time; the privacy notice is information rather than a blanket consent.

Export your information in Privacy & data before requesting account deletion. Deletion removes owned workspaces and affects their collaborators; it removes your membership in other workspaces without deleting those workspaces. Access is revoked when deletion is accepted. The deletion receipt distinguishes pending cleanup from completion and supports recovery if the connection fails. Support handles rights questions and explains required retention.

We may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse or legal obligations and explain a safe recovery path when appropriate. For ordinary breaches we give notice and an opportunity to remedy where practicable. If service ends, we give reasonable notice where possible, a way to retrieve content and treatment of prepaid fees consistent with applicable rights.

Responsibility and law

Each party remains responsible for its legal obligations. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduces mandatory consumer protections or remedies.

Danish law applies to the extent a valid choice permits. Consumers keep the mandatory protections and court options applicable to them. Material changes require appropriate notice and rights under the agreement; publishing a revised page alone does not authorize a new use of personal data.
